Our Standards |

We provide a professional service and as such we have minimum standards that we adhere to to give you peace of mind whilst your pet is in our care.
· Whilst in our care your dog will wear a pet active tag with our contact details.
· We like to meet yourself and your pets prior to commencing the service to get to know them in a familiar setting, and fully understand your needs. We will ask you to complete a questionnaire detailing, name, age, breed, health requirements and emergency contact details along with details regarding their temperament, and behaviour with other people/animals. We also like to find out your dogs likes and dislikes so we can tailor the walk to give the most enjoyment for your dog. We will collect keys or make access requirements.
· We have full public liability insurance, loss of keys insurance and specific insurance for the animals in our care.
· We are police checked and have no convictions or cautions previous or pending.
· We carry details of your vet at all times in case of emergency.
· We carry a mobile phone with us at all times so you can check on your pet. |
